What is the one thing that you like the most about your school? It is difficult to pin-point my favourite thing about my school, but if I had to choose just one thing, it would be the supportive environment of my school which fosters a positive attitude towards learning as well as instils good character and morals within every member of the student body.
Share a memorable experience in your school so far. One of my most memorable experiences was representing my school, together with my teammates, at the World Scholar’s Cup’s Tournament of Champions at Yale University. We competed against 1,000 participants from over 30 countries. Being able to make friends with so many young people from such diverse background and listen to their viewpoints, was an eye-opening experience that expanded my world view.
What is the best thing about being a student? In my opinion, the best thing about being a student is the fact that I am given the opportunity to study a multitude of fascinating subjects and learn about the world around me, while being surrounded by a network of supportive friends and teachers. I am also able to participate in exciting school events and activities which help me develop and grow as a person.
What do you hope to do when you finish school? I hope to complete a law degree and join the United Nations in order to make a positive change in the world through making food, water and education accessible to the less fortunate.
