Sport at The International School @ Park City (ISP)
Sport is a vital ingredient in The International School @ ParkCity (ISP) recipe for success, but why is it so important to us? Is it the fun? Is it the challenges thrown up? Is it the sportsmanship? Is it spending time with friends? Is it getting fitter, faster, stronger? Is it the teamwork? Is it the opportunity to be part of something special?
Well, at ISP we know that it is the fact that our students experience all of this and more. It's about taking pride in our efforts, and achieving beyond what we thought was possible.
All of these ingredients are mixed together on a regular basis at ISP and the proof, as they say, is in the pudding. Anyone lucky enough to be a part of recent ISP sporting events will have been witness to the incredible levels of engagement, challenge and success routinely displayed. The Primary and Secondary sports day drew a plethora of personal bests and school records. It is little surprise therefore to see that the quality of sport @ ISP continues to be evident in serious competition:
- successful defence of the Secondary KLISS athletics title
- KLISS basketball champions Yr 5/6 Girls
- KLISS basketball champions U15 Girls
