Campus Rangers International School offers the Early Years Foundation to students aged four to six and the Cambridge Primary curriculum for primary school students. The Cambridge Lower Secondary curriculum leading up to the IGCSE is offered to students in Year 7 to 11. The campus is at 9 Seputeh on Old Klang Road.
4. Cempaka International School
Cempaka International School offers the Cambridge IGCSE. The International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) and A levels are provided to learners at the pre-university level. The school accepts students aged three to 19 years old.
5. Charterhouse International Secondary School
Located in Sri Hartamas, Charterhouse International Secondary School is a premier school offering the Cambridge A levels and IGCSE examinations. Classes are kept at a maximum of 18 students for the Cambridge IGCSE and 12 students for the Cambridge A levels. This is to ensure that each student is given the appropriate attention needed to achieve academically.
6. Cranbridge International School
Established in 2020, Cranbridge International School offers the Cambridge curriculum for primary to pre-university levels. Students sit for the IGCSE and A level examinations.
7. Etonhouse International School
Etonhouse International School was established in 2010 as an accredited IB school in Kuala Lumpur. Etonhouse accepts students from preschool up to Year 6.
8. Fairview International School
Fairview International is the first largest network of IB World Schools in Malaysia. They offer the IB curriculum in Primary, Middle Years and Diploma levels.
9. Garden International School (GIS)
GIS offers a British-based international curriculum to students from Early Years up to the Sixth Form. GIS ensures that students are educated in various aspects: personalised learning, social-emotional learning, and digital learning, among others.
10. Global Indian International School
Located in Brickfields and some other neighbouring countries, Global Indian International School offers the Cambridge and Indian Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) curriculum. The school caters to students from kindergarten up to high school.

12. Hibiscus International School

Located in Jalan Bellamy, Alnoor International School offers the Cambridge curriculum to students in kindergarten, primary and secondary levels.

At The International School @ ParkCity, students in preschool and primary levels learn the International Primary Curriculum and British curriculum. Meanwhile, students at secondary and pre-university levels are prepared for the IGCSE and A level examinations.
19. Sri Dasmesh International School
Located in Pantai Baru, Sri Dasmesh International School offers the Cambridge curriculum progressing to the IGCSE examinations for students from lower primary to upper secondary.
20. Sri Desa International Secondary School
Established in 2015, Sri Desa International Secondary School, located in Taman Desa, offers the Cambridge curriculum leading up to the IGCSE for students in years 7 to 11.

23. Stella Maris Interntional School
Stella Maris International School, located in Bukit Damansara, offers an international curriculum. The Cambridge IGCSE, A levels and IBDP are offered to students from Years 1 to 11.
24. Taylor's International School
Located in Cheras and Puchong, Taylor's International School offers the International Primary Curriculum for primary school students and the Cambridge curriculum leading to the IGCSE for secondary school students.
25. The Alice Smith School (Primary Campus)
The Alice Smith School offers the British curriculum, IGCSE and A level examinations to students aged three to 18. Established in 1946, it is considered one of the oldest international schools in Malaysia. Alice Smith Primary is in Kuala Lumpur whereas Alice Smith Secondary is in Selangor. Apart from the array of extracurricular activities that the school offers, Summer Camps by Camp Beaumont are also proposed to students ages five to 11 years.
26. The British International School Kuala Lumpur (BSKL)
Founded in 2009, BSKL in Bandar Utama offers a premier British education from Early Years to Sixth Form. 27. The International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL)
Students from preschool to secondary levels are taught an international curriculum with an American foundation at ISKL. The IBDP is offered at the pre-university level. In August 2018, ISKL's two existing campuses united as one in a purpose-built campus located in Ampang Hilir.
28. Tree Top International School
Located half an hour away from Kuala Lumpur city centre, Tree Top International School offers the Cambridge curriculum to students aged six to 14 and the Cambridge IGCSE for students aged 15 to 17.
29. Tzu Chi International School
Tzu Chi International School implements the internationally recognised Cambridge curriculum in conjunction with Tzu CHi's humanitarian lessons. Classes are conducted in two languages - Mandarin and English.
UCSI International School offers the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), Cambridge Curriculum, and IB programmes. Students sit for the IGCSE examination.
31. Utama International School (UIS)
