The opening of Stonyhurst International School in Penang on the 26th of September 2022 marked one of the most exciting and significant developments in the more than 400 years of Stonyhurst College's history.
Built on 4.3 acres of land and designed with 21st century teaching and learning pedagogy in mind, Stonyhurst International School, Penang features state-of-the-art facilities. Students have access to world class academic, theatre, music and sporting facilities; an Astroturf field, an 8 lane 25m swimming pool, a learners pool, a multipurpose hall, dance studio, dedicated Junior and Senior School libraries, an art gallery as well as a 530-seat auditorium.
With over 300 children form more than 24 countries, this cultural diversity add to the richness and global outlook of the school community. Our students are encouraged to learn from each other, develop mutual respect and celebrate diversity through a range of school and community events and celebrations. we strive to ensure that all students experience the very best of British education while retaining their own culture and learning to become global citizens.

Additional Programmes
Our Nursery school day is from 8am - 12pm Monday to Friday. Our focused interaction time with our Early Years experts and specialist teachers will take place during this time. From 12pm - 3:20pm, we will have the option of Stonyhurst Stay and Play where our Nursery children can enjoy the EYFS facilities while waiting for siblings to finish school or to make the day more convenient for our working families.
