Australian International School Malaysia (AISM) Awards Scholarships to Deserving Students

Australian International School Malaysia (AISM) recently awarded two full scholarships to Edly Kamaruzzaman Elias and Ashwini Ravi, giving them the opportunity to experience and excel in a world-class Australian curriculum. They were selected from more than 60 applications which came in this year for the Scholarship program. In its eighth consecutive year, AISM and Taylor’s Education Group has helped to provide successful candidates with the opportunity to enter the two years matriculation program for Year 11 and 12, which leads to the Higher School Certificate (HSC).

The award of the scholarship is based on the strength of the student’s academic performance, strong background in other school activities including good leadership, sport and the arts and school community involvement. The scholarship, amounting to RM160,000 per recipient, covers the cost of the Application Fee, Admissions Fee, Tuition Fees and Technology Fees for Years 11 and 12.

The scholarship program has produced high achievers and admirable graduates who have taken their productive places in the global community. Some have gone on to win scholarships from top universities in Australia, United Kingdom and Malaysia and have been assured their dream jobs, once they graduate.
