Year 8 students explored Pop Art earlier this term. Pop Art uses images and icons that are popular in the modern world, which is where the 'pop' in Pop Art comes from. Andy Warhol's Campbell's Soup Cans, for example, is a popular piece of Pop Art! Students were asked to develop popular words, comic images, and products in a Pop Art format.
