Year 1 had an Amazing Learning experience during their International Primary Curriculum (IPC) lesson. We focused on experimenting with the number of seeds that can be found in fruits. Our students worked in groups, cutting open different types of fruits to investigate the similarities and differences between them. They then recorded the number of seeds found in each fruit in a bar graph.
Our IPC prepares students for the challenges in the evolving world by developing their independent research skills as they are supported to experiment with new methods and explore new ideas.
Project by project students gain a deeper understanding through active exploration of real world challenges. They learn to effectively collaborate and communicate by connecting their ideas across a wide variety of skills and topics.
They grow into keen problem solvers, taking risks and responsibility for their own personalised learning journey.
