KIS offers the UK National Curriculum for Nursery to Year 9, while the Cambridge IGCSE Curriculum is offered in Year 10 and Year 11 for both international and local students. KIS students and teachers come from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, reflecting the truly global nature and mindset of the school.

The campus will also contain hostel blocks to cater for international staff and students.
With the opening of the new campus, the school will be able accommodate up to 3,000 pupils, and offering education from nursery all the way through to the Cambridge A Level Program.
EARLY YEARS DEPARTMENT (EYD)
The KIS Early Years Department (EYD) provides the foundation for young learners aged 3 to 5 to thrive and develop at their own pace. The EYD aims to bring out the positive aspects of all children by creating a supportive, self-contained environment where all students are given an opportunity to develop to their fullest potential in six key areas: personal, social and emotional development; communication, language and literacy; problem solving, reasoning and numeracy; knowledge and understanding of the world; creative development; and physical development.
Children engage in a wide variety of fun and play-based activities, carefully planned and directed by teachers while at other times children follow their interests, plan, and create their own activities with teachers observing, encouraging and extending their play.
PRIMARY SCHOOL (KEY STAGES 1 AND 2)
KIS Primary School provides a broad and engaging education, based on the National Curriculum for England and Wales. Students acquire essential skills and knowledge, and are molded into well-mannered, holistic and well-balanced individuals with a sense of responsibility toward themselves and those around them.
Students are exposed to a broad range of subjects, giving them the foundation they need to move confidently through the education system.
Excursions and educational field trips in Key Stages 1 and 2 are an integral part of curriculum for all KIS students, enabling them to apply the concepts learnt to the real world.
SECONDARY SCHOOL (KEY STAGES 3 AND 4)
In KIS secondary school, the lessons are interactive and engaging, utilizing a variety of teaching methods such as discussions, group work, presentations, debates, seminars, dialogues, research work, projects, field trips and excursions and hands-on activities. The students’ learning experiences are also geared towards building their characters through community service, team-building activities and a mentor-mentee program.
KIS secondary school focuses on two main goals: equipping students with the necessary skills and knowledge in preparation for their IGCSE Cambridge O Level and A Level examinations and developing the students’ characters to ensure they become passionate and productive citizens of the world.
