At Sekolah Menengah Sri Acmar, following the Malaysian National Curriculum (KSSM), the school offers the Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Menengah (KSSM) from Form 1 to Form 5. Students take the PT3 examinations at Form 3 and SPM examinations at Form 5.
