Stellar International School

Stellar International School is an independent educational institution located at Puteri Harbour in Johor, Malaysia, that provides an integrated international curriculum for students aged 3 to 17 (Early Years, Primary & Secondary). 

We are set for expansion to a purpose built campus by Year 2025. We strive to build a supportive learning community and have incorporated the latest in global education research and various best practices in our approach. 

At Stellar, our​ Early Years​ students will learn through Inquiry Based Learning where we integrate the ​Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS, UK), Key to Learning, International Primary Curriculum (IPC) ​and ​Singapore Mathematics Curriculum. 

They will progress seamlessly to our ​Primary​ School where they continue to grow and develop into lifelong learners and embark on the quest to become global citizens. Our unique primary curriculum integrates the ​Cambridge International Curriculum from England (UK), International Primary Curriculum (IPC), Singapore Curriculum for Math and Science​ to provide thematic-based learning to young learners aged 5 to 11 years old through engaging, fun and meaningful learning to nurture each child to fulfill their potential. 

Our​ Secondary​ curriculum integrates the ​Cambridge Secondary Curriculum from England (UK) and Singapore Curriculum for Math ​to ensure our secondary students have the necessary foundational skills and skill sets required for them to proceed to the next stage of learning.  

As students progress to upper secondary from lower secondary, students should be self-motivated, independent and are inquisitive on their own; thus well equipped to take on the ​Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) ​courses which were developed by ​Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE, formerly known as CIE)​ from UK. 

With a clear focus to establish a conducive, safe and joyful learning environment, SIS is committed to making sure all children enjoy their schooling, inculcate values, foster curiosity and encourage questioning. These are the basis of independent lifelong learners and we aim to cultivate these traits and values to shape a child’s future.
