Wesley Methodist School Students Awarded the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards Malaysia

Seventeen Wesley Methodist School (WMS) students received the highly regarded Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards, recognising their exceptional achievement around the world and locally in the Cambridge IGCSE June 2023 examination series.  Students attained awards in the categories of Top in Malaysia, Top in the World, and Best Across Eight Cambridge IGCSE.  

One of our students has won the Best Across Eight award, which means that he achieved a minimum of grade A and has attained the first highest cumulative total standard marks over a set number of subjects.  Thirteen, have won the Top in the World award in the subjects of Additional Mathematics, Mathematics (without coursework), and Foreign Language Mandarin Chinese, while three won the Top in Malaysia award in the subjects of Chemistry, Sociology, and First Language Chinese. 

It is with great joy and a heart full of gratitude to witness our students shine in outstanding achievements among 248 students from 76 schools in Malaysia. Kudos to our students and a much-deserving recognition for their hard work and dedication! Wesley Methodist School looks forward to celebrating more of its students for their achievements.
