As has been the practice of a couple of years, Hibiscus International School announces the holding of Cultural Day 2019.
You will agree that the crying need in the world today is the need for peace, and the biggest obstacle to that is the lack of understanding that exists between people, the lack of understanding of other cultures, values that result in the division of people into different segments based on these differences.
We have, from the inception, made the bedrock of our message to be based on the understanding of each other’s cultures, values, lifestyles, in order that we respect such differences, resulting in the uniting of different cultures, and hence leading to a more united society. Our students, parents and faculty have been inculcated to work with this goal always as a backdrop to every activity we engage in.
To this end we organise our Cultural Day, giving an opportunity for diverse cultures to showcase their distinct cultures through Cultural stalls, Food Court and many other windows.
This event will take place on 27 April 2019 at our school from 9am to 1pm. Everyone is invited to our Cultural day. It is open to the public.
