A recap of this year's Green Heroes Day 2025!

This year’s Green Heroes Day was an inspiring celebration of innovation and action for a thriving planet! 🌱
The event was packed with insightful talks, captivating performances, and groundbreaking initiatives that left everyone energised and hopeful. ✨
We had the privilege of hearing from 𝗣𝗻. 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗮 𝗔𝗯𝗱 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱, Executive Director of Gamuda Land, who took us on an educational journey through the wonders of wetlands, highlighting their critical role in our ecosystem. 🐊 Meanwhile, 𝗜𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝗳𝗶𝗹 𝗘𝗹𝘆𝗮𝘀, Founder of East-One-Zero-One, shared his expertise on engineering, showcasing how innovation can pave the way for a sustainable future. ⚙️ The ACE EdVenture Dance Crew (AEVDC) also lit up the stage with a special dance performance that added a vibrant touch to the day. 💃🏼
One of the highlights was the official launch of "𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺" - an initiative that proved that productive soil can be created anywhere through vermicomposting, 🪱 paving the way for a greener future without the need for traditional farmland. 
Our primary school heroes also dived into the magic of wetlands, celebrating 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 
𝗪𝗲𝘁𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 🦆 and highlighting the vital role these ecosystems play. Meanwhile, our secondary school students impressed everyone with their Regenerative Projects Showcase, unveiling innovative eco-solutions designed to restore and sustain the environment. 🌱
The event also featured an Eco Roadshow, where we explored vendors passionate about creating a better world, one product at a time. And let’s not forget the lucky draw prizes! Three lucky winners even took home 𝗣𝗘𝗧 𝗦𝗡𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗦, generously sponsored by 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗠𝗜𝗡𝘀@𝗞𝗗 in honour of the Year of the Snake. 🐍
