Have you ever wondered about the possibilities of an education that nurtures passions both inside and outside the classroom?
As one of Malaysia’s leading international schools, The International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) embraces a holistic approach to education, focusing on nurturing the person rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach.
Marking six decades of growth since 1965, ISKL has evolved from its humble beginnings at Jalan Maxwell to its Ampang Hilir campus with stunning city views. Yet, one thing remains constant: the sense of community that makes ISKL a place students call home.
Echoing this, ISKL alumni Rika Singh (‘24) shared, "The countless memories, laughs, tears, and growth that this place has fostered will always insulate the walls of the home in our hearts. It will always say, welcome home."
Rika’s words capture the essence of ISKL's nurturing environment, as the school’s purpose is to prepare students for life, shape their paths, and make an ethical impact on the world.
ISKL’s holistic educational offerings include the world-renowned IB Diploma programme and the innovative PRAXIS and Pursuits programs. From Early Childhood through Grade 12, ISKL instills essential life skills that are integral to its learning principles and culture.
ISKL will hold its Open Day this February, allowing families to explore the ISKL approach in preparing their children for the future. This event offers a chance to tour the state-of-the-art ISKL campus, hear from the Head of School, Mr. Rami Madani, and engage with key community members, including Students Admission Representatives, Divisional Principals, and parents during a Q&A session.
Head to iskl.site/openapply to register for ISKL’s Open Day. We look forward to sharing what our school has to offer you and your family!
