Raffles American School Announces the Coundown to Completion of its New Campus

Raffles American School (RAS) announced the official countdown of 80 weeks to full completion of its RM269-million campus construction project.  RAS will relocate its current students to the first phase of its purpose-built facility in January 2016.  The RAS campus has been designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP.

The architectural design for RAS won second prize in the 2012 Architectural Design Festival for Best New Educational Design.

RAS, a subsidiary of REC, Singapore, offers the American Curriculum for students Age 4 through Grade 12, culminating in a US High School Diploma with Advanced Placement college credit opportunities. RAS was founded in 2012 in consultation with International School Services of Princeton, NJ (ISS) and is accredited by WASC, an American educational authority.
