REAL Schools is proud to announce that all three of its campuses, Cheras, Shah Alam and Johor Bahru, have been recognised with the Educational Opportunity & Student Development Excellence Award at the Private Education Excellence Awards 2026.
Organised by the National Association of Private Educational Institutions (NAPEI) and Koperasi Pendidikan Swasta Malaysia Berhad (EduCoop), the awards ceremony brought together leaders across Malaysia’s private education sector to recognise outstanding achievements in both individual and institutional categories.
This recognition affirms REAL Schools’ unwavering commitment to its core purpose of nurturing character and preparing students for the real world. Across all campuses, the school continues to deliver a holistic education that balances strong academic foundations with authentic, real-world learning experiences, ensuring students grow into confident, capable and values-driven individuals.

Mr Fazli Osman, Head of Secondary School at REAL Schools Shah Alam, was awarded the National Outstanding Educator Award (Secondary School Category) in recognition of his exemplary leadership and commitment to student development. His achievement reflects the strength and quality of educators across the REAL Schools community, whose dedication continues to drive meaningful outcomes for students.
