That spirit was on full display as Sri KDU Schools Kota Damansara proudly hosted XCL’s Got Talent 2026, bringing together 40 performances from 9 schools across the Sri KDU and REAL Schools network for a vibrant celebration of student talent, creativity, and self-expression.

Sri KDU 24 Festive Drums Team – Most Creative Performance (Primary category) for their moving performance Nu Hai (怒海) – Raging Sea

Kinsley – Most Promising Act (Secondary category) for her emotional French vocal performance of Maison
Sri KDU International School Kota Damansara

Mia – Best Technical Skill (Primary category) for her piano performance of Tarantella

Maryam – Most Promising Act (Primary category) for her vocal performance of My Days
These achievements reflect not only individual excellence, but the culture of encouragement, discipline, and creative development that students experience across the campus.
What made the event especially meaningful was the opportunity for students to perform before an esteemed panel of industry professionals, including Eugene Pook, Music Director and Conductor; Terry, Co-founder of Flow Performing Works; and Tria Aziz, award-winning performer and vocal coach.
For students, this was far more than a showcase. It was a chance to challenge themselves, refine their craft, and gain invaluable stage experience in a high-calibre environment.
A Campus Alive with Creativity

As host school, Sri KDU Schools Kota Damansara also brought the event to life beyond the competition. Guests were treated to energetic performances by the school’s cheerleading squads, reflecting the strong spirit and vibrancy of campus life.

The programme also featured a special showcase by the award-winning Sri KDU Schools String Orchestra, under the direction of Ms Foo Mei Kay, Director of Performing Arts for Sri KDU Schools Kota Damansara, bringing together students from both the International and National schools in a powerful demonstration of collaboration and musical excellence.
