The GEMS Team Wins 7 Medals at the MSSPP!

The sports team from GEMS International School won a total of 7 medals at the Penang Schools Track and Field Championship (MSSPP) last week. The medals haul was as follows:
- 3 golds medals - Triple Jump, High Jump and 4x400m Relay
- 2 silver medals - 400m Sprint and Long Jump
- 2 bronze medals - 200m Sprint and 4x100m Relay
In addition, Melissa Choong won two trophies for the best female athlete for the under-15 group and the best overall female athlete.
Both Isabelle and Melissa Choong will be representing Penang State at the national-level schools athletic meet (MSSM) later this month.
