Marlborough College Malaysia (MCM) has regrettably been the subject of misleading inferences. The College is not under threat of closure and its management and staff are completely committed to continuing its mission to provide the finest British boarding and day education to pupils from Malaysia and overseas. In common with the experience of many international schools, a small number of pupils have been unable to join the College this term due to temporary Immigration restrictions under the RMCO.
The College is committed to its role in enhancing Malaysia's reputation as a world-class educational hub. MCM's pupils recently celebrated their best ever IB and IGCSE results, making the College the premier British boarding school in Malaysia and this week MCM was shortlisted as a finalist in the Boarding Schools Association Worldwide Awards for 2020. Marlborough College is proud to be and to remain a firm fixture in the Johor community and looks forward with confidence to serving generations of children to come.
